'Goods' refers to physical publications and branded materials offered by PensionJuris.

5. Fees

All fees are indicated at time of purchase. Payment options will be presented upon checkout.

6. Delivery

Information Products are delivered electronically. Goods are shipped to the address provided. Service appointments are scheduled upon confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Refund requests for Services must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days. Date changes may be arranged at no extra charge if requested at least 3 days prior to a scheduled session. If a service is explicitly marked as non-refundable, such as one-time fixed consultations, no refund will be provided due to the preparatory work and resource allocation involved.

7.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of Information Products, all sales are final except where technical issues prevent access. If you are unable to access a product, please contact our support team via this form within 48 hours of purchase for possible credit or interaction.

7.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. PensionJuris and its affiliates are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services, products or goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Kuwait City.
